Making News in Louisburg

​The Downtown Mural Project is complete and making news! Watch the first of two reports on WTVD-11 (ABC) on the Opera House mural, a catalyst for building community in our historic downtown. Thanks to the artists, Louisburg College student Julius Shumpert and Professor Will Hinton; the Louisburg Historic District Neighborhood Association; the town of Louisburg; the Franklin County Arts Council and the North Carolina Arts Council.
